Our Terms of Service

Welcome to our website. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Payment Terms:
– A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to secure the booking. – 40% of the total amount shall be paid on the wedding day.
– Payments can be made online or in cash.
2. Cancellation Policy:
– No cancellations are accepted after 30 days of booking.
3. Rescheduling:
– Clients may request to reschedule the wedding/event date, subject to availability, at least one month in advance.
– Additional charges may apply for rescheduled dates.
4. Services:
– The services will be provided as outlined in the agreed-upon package.
– Any specific requests or preferences should be communicated in advance.

5. Image/Video Rights:
– The company reserves the right to use images/videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.
– Clients have the right to request privacy for certain images/videos.
6. Liability:
– The company is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the outcome of the images/videos.
– In the unlikely event of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a replacement photographer/videographer.
7. Copyright:
– The company retains the copyright of all images/videos.
– Clients are granted personal use rights for non-commercial purposes.
8. Delivery:
– We provide 100-150 edited pictures within 2-3 days, a Teaser in a week, a Trailer in a month, and a Full video + Album within 2 months. The estimated delivery also depends upon the client’s data selection capacity.
9. Client Cooperation:
– Clients agree to cooperate with the company and follow their guidance for the best results.
10. Additional terms:
– If the client loses the data, an additional charge of Rs. 1000 will be applicable to retain the data.
– The company holds responsibility for the final delivery of data. Should the client experience data loss after delivery and request retrieval from us, the above condition will be applicable. However, if the company’s hard drive malfunctions for any reason, the client will be liable for the cost of hard drive recovery.
– Album selection must be completed within two months. After this period, no further assistance will be provided.
– A 5% discount will be offered if the client opts for delivery one year after the event.
11. Agreement:
– By booking our services, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
– Any changes or amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
